الگوی تحقق‌پذیری شاخص‌های بومی شهر بیوفیلیک مطالعه موردی: مناطق 9 و 10 کلان‌شهر تهران

چکیده

امروزه در شهرها افزایش بی‌رویه جمعیت، توسعه بی‌ضابطه ساختمان‌ها و صنعتی شدن شهرها و به‌تبع گسیختگی میان فضاهای شهری و طبیعی بدون توجه به آسایش و سلامت افراد و وجود مشکلات زیست‌محیطی ناشی از آن، بحران‌های جدی را برای جوامع شهری به وجود آورده است. وجود این مسائل و تشخیص نیاز فطری انسان‌ها برای برقراری ارتباط با طبیعت، رویکرد نوین بیوفیلیک را در پی داشته است. پژوهش حاضر باهدف تحلیل رتبه‌بندی و تحقق‌پذیری شاخص‌های رویکرد بیوفیلیک در مناطق 9 و 10 شهر تهران به بررسی این موضوع پرداخته است. روش پژوهش توصیفی – تحلیلی و از نوع کاربردی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش گروه خبرگان و متخصصین رشته‌های برنامه‌ریزی و طراحی شهری و محیط‌زیست می‌باشند که از میان آن‌ها 30 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه آماری به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های پژوهش از روش SWARA و WASPAS بهره گرفته‌شده است. نتایج آزمون سوارا نشان می‌دهد که بر اساس نظر خبرگان شاخص نهادها و سازمان‌ها با وزن نهایی 3705/2، زیرساخت‌های بیوفیلیکی با وزن 65769/1، نگرش‌ها و آگاهی‌های بیوفیلیکی با وزن نهایی 20999/1 و درنهایت فعالیت‌های بیوفیلیک با وزن 99994/0 به ترتیب بااهمیت‌ترین شاخص‌ها شناسایی‌شده‌اند. همچنین بر اساس نتایج آزمون واسپاس، منطقه 9 با مقدار Qi برابر با 081207/0 ازنظر میزان تحقق‌پذیری شاخص‌های بیوفیلیک در وضعیت مناسب‌تری نسبت به منطقه 10 قرار دارد.
