الگوی طراحی واحدهای همسایگی پایدار در مواجهه با بحران‌های بهداشتی: رویکردی مبتنی بر سلامت و تاب‌آوری

چکیده
بحران‌های بهداشتی سال‌های اخیر، به‌ویژه همه‌گیری کووید-۱۹، ضرورت بازنگری در اصول طراحی واحدهای همسایگی را با تأکید بر ارتقای سلامت، تاب‌آوری و پایداری شهری آشکار ساخته است. با وجود گسترش مطالعات مرتبط، هنوز چارچوبی منسجم برای تلفیق ابعاد سلامت، تاب‌آوری و کیفیت کالبدی در طراحی واحدهای همسایگی ارائه نشده است. ازاین‌رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین الگوی طراحی واحدهای همسایگی پایدار در مواجهه با بحران‌های بهداشتی انجام شد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و با رویکرد کیفی مبتنی بر تحلیل مضمون انجام‌شده است. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته با ساکنان و متخصصان حوزه معماری، شهرسازی و برنامه‌ریزی شهری گردآوری و تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. تحلیل داده‌ها بر اساس روش شش مرحله‌ای براون و کلارک و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار MAXQDA انجام شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که چارچوب مفهومی طراحی واحدهای همسایگی پایدار بر پنج مضمون اصلی شامل سلامت جسمی، سلامت روان، سلامت اجتماعی، تاب‌آوری محله و راهبردهای طراحی استوار است که از مجموعه‌ای از خرده مضامین و کدهای اولیه استخراج شدند. نتایج بیانگر آن است که ارتقای کیفیت محیط داخلی، توسعه فضاهای باز و نیمه‌باز، تقویت سرمایه اجتماعی، افزایش دسترسی به خدمات محله‌ای، انعطاف‌پذیری کالبدی و پیاده مداری، مهم‌ترین راهبردهای ارتقای تاب‌آوری واحدهای همسایگی در برابر بحران‌های بهداشتی محسوب می‌شوند. نوآوری پژوهش در ارائه چارچوبی تلفیقی است که روابط میان مضامین را به راهبردهای طراحی تبدیل می‌کند و می‌تواند مبنایی برای بازنگری ضوابط طراحی مجتمع‌های مسکونی و برنامه‌ریزی محله‌ای سلامت‌محور و تاب‌آور باشد.
