شناسایی و ارزیابی شاخص‌های کلیدی محیط ساخته‌شده بر سلامت روان سالمندان در کلان‌شهرها، مطالعه موردی: شهر شیراز

چکیده
با شدت گرفتن مسائل مربوط به سالمندی، تأثیر محیط ساخته‌شده بر سلامت روان توجه بیشتری را به خود جلب کرده است. مطالعات متعددی بر اهمیت ارتباطات بین محیط ساخته‌شده و سلامت روان سالمندان تأکید کرده‌اند. اما تاکنون، در زمینه شناسایی مهم‌ترین شاخص‌های کلیدی محیط‌های ساخته‌شده بر سلامت روان سالمندان شهر شیراز، مطالعه‌ای انجام‌نشده است. در این راستا پژوهش حاضر به شناسایی و ارزیابی مهم‌ترین شاخص‌های کلیدی محیط ساخته‌شده بر سلامت روان سالمندان در شهر شیراز پرداخته است. لذا از روش نقشه شناختی فازی در نرم‌افزار Mental modeler برای بررسی ارتباط بین شاخص‌ها، استفاده شد. همچنین، برای بررسی رابطه بین محیط ساخته‌شده و سلامت روان در دو گروه جنسیتی (مردان و زنان) آزمون فی استفاده شد. سطح سلامت روان این دو گروه نیز با آزمون t مستقل در نرم‌افزار SPSS مقایسه گردید. نتایج نشان داد که؛ شاخص‌های کیفیت مسکن، ایمنی و زیرساخت‌های فضای سبز، نقش کلیدی بر سلامت روان سالمندان شهر شیراز دارند. همچنین، بین محیط ساخته‌شده و سلامت روان ارتباط مستقیمی وجود داشته است. این ارتباط در زنان از شدت بیشتری برخوردار بود و میزان سلامت روان آن‌ها نیز نسبت به مردان بالاتر گزارش شد. این مطالعه با ارائه نتایج کاربردی به درک بهتر تأثیر محیط ساخته‌شده بر سلامت روان سالمندان کمک می‌کند. استفاده از دیدگاه‌های ذهنی همراه با ارزیابی‌های عینی می‌تواند تصویری جامع‌تر از وضعیت موجود ارائه دهد و زمینه‌ساز تصمیم‌گیری‌های بهینه در طراحی و بهبود شاخص‌های سلامت روان سالمندان باشد.
