تدوین سناریوهای مؤثر بر اجتماع‌پذیری فضاهای عمومی مطالعه موردی: پارک هوافضا، منطقه 21 تهران

چکیده
تشدید روزمرگی و کاهش حیات اجتماعی در عصر حاضر باعث شده است توجه به بسترسازی مطلوب جهت حضور گروه‌های مختلف در فضاهای شهری ضروری شود. فضاهای عمومی به‌عنوان یک عامل کلیدی جهت رشد و توسعه اقتصادی ایفای نقش دارند و با توجه به جنبه‌های اجتماعی و محیط‌زیستی از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار هستند و تغییرات و کنترل شرایط آتی آن‌ها، نیازمند ارزیابی و تحلیل جامع و کامل است. در این راستا، استفاده از روش‌های آینده‌پژوهی به جهت ارائه راهبردهای انعطاف‌پذیر با کمک سناریونویسی بسیار راهگشا است. پارک هوافضا واقع در منطقه 21 تهران علی‌رغم در نظر گرفتن مقیاس کلان و کشوری و تعریف فعالیت‌های اجتماعی، فاقد فضای اجتماع‌پذیر مناسب است. این مقاله با هدف کاربردی، به‌منظور تبیین ابعاد و عوامل اجتماع‌پذیری از بستر مدل PESTEL بهره برده و با استفاده از روش آینده‌پژوهی، تدوین سناریوهای اجتماع‌پذیریِ پارک هوافضا را با استفاده از سناریو ویزارد بررسی نموده است. 24 عامل کلیدی، از طریق تحلیل اثرات متقابل، شناسایی‌شده و وضعیت‌های احتمالی آن‌ها موردبررسی قرارگرفته است. سناریوهای خروجی عبارت‌اند از: 3 سناریو با سازگاری بالا، 23 سناریو با سازگاری ضعیف و 17 سناریوی ناسازگار؛ از بین این سه سناریو، یک سناریو شرایط مطلوب و ایده‌آل (سناریوی پیش برنده) را برای آینده اجتماع‌پذیری پارک ملی هوافضا، در بردارد
