ارزیابی شاخص‌های تأثیرگذار بر دل‌بستگی به محله‌های مسکونی معاصر مطالعه موردی: شهرک دانشگاه شهر یزد

چکیده

تضعیف سطح دل‌بستگی به محل سکونت در محلات معاصر شهری به‌واسطه استفاده از الگوها و سبک‌های شهرسازی و معماری غیربومی طی دهه‌های اخیر آن‌هم به شکلی متمرکز بر مؤلفه‌های صرفاً کالبدی منجر به بروز سکونتگاه‌ها و محیط‌هایی با کمترین میزان برخورداری از حضور پذیری در فضاهای جمعی، تعاملات و مراودات اجتماعی شده است. حال‌آنکه به نظر می‌رسد درگذشته یکی از اصلی‌ترین ویژگی‌های هر محله وجود ارتباط تنگاتنگی میان مؤلفه‌های سازنده محیط و حس دل‌بستگی به مکان بوده است. محله شهرک دانشگاه یزد یکی از محلات جدید در بافت معاصر این شهر است که به نظر می‌رسد در شکل دادن به ارتباط بین ساکنین و محیط مسکونی ناکام مانده و با مشکلاتی نظیر کاهش ارتباط ساکنین، شکل نگرفتن خاطرات جمعی و رویدادهای گروهی، کاهش حس تعلق و وابستگی و همچنین افول حس دل‌بستگی ساکنین به محیط سکونت خود درگیر است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش شناسایی و ارزیابی شاخص‌های مؤثر بر دل‌بستگی به محله مسکونی در شهرک دانشگاه یزد است. روش پژوهش از نوع پیمایشی و همبستگی بوده و از پرسشنامه جهت جمع‌آوری اطلاعات و همچنین از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و مطالعات میدانی به‌منظور تکمیل داده‌های موردنیاز بهره گرفته‌شده است. از روش رگرسیون چند متغیره برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها و تبیین شدت تأثیر شاخص‌ها بر دل‌بستگی به محله در نرم‌افزار SPSS استفاده‌شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش حکایت از آن دارد که در بین متغیرهای مطالعه شده، 8 متغیر (ویژگی‌های سکونتی، تعاملات اجتماعی، حضور پذیری، احساس فردی، احساس جمعی، کالبدی، معنایی و کارکردی) دارای رابطه مستقیم و معنی‌دار با ارتقای دل‌بستگی به محله از سوی ساکنین هستند. در میان این متغیر، ویژگی‌های سکونتی (بتا 463/0)، تعاملات اجتماعی (بتا 431/0) و احساس جمعی (بتا 402/0) به ترتیب از بیشترین سطح معنی‌داری برخوردارند و تنها متغیر ویژگی‌های شخصی (بتا 031/0) دارای رابطه معنی‌داری با ارتقای دل‌بستگی به محله از سوی ساکنین نمی‌باشد.
